Cecile de Joya (Emeritus)
Now retired, Cecile de Joya continues to sit as Vice President of Fundacion Centro Flamenco.
Emma founded Fundacion Centro Flamenco in 2002 and currently sits as its CEO and president. Aside from teaching and performing, she also heads Grupo Nuevo Flamenco, the Foundation's performing group.
Mercedes began as a student of flamenco at the Foundation. While continuing to study under Emma Estrada, she is also a teacher and a member of the corps de ballet of Grupo Nuevo Flamenco.
Nina Prats too began her path to flamenco with Emma Estrada and now celebrates flamenco as both student, teacher and as a part of the corpse de ballet of Grupo Nuevo Flamenco.
Another of Emma Estrada’s students, Eda began teaching beginners and children’s classes under the Foundation's banner in 2013. She is also a member of the corps de ballet of Grupo Nuevo Flamenco.
Alejandro is originally from Granada, Spain and came to the Philippines in 2013. He joined the Foundation at Emma Estrada's invitation and provides guitar music for the classes and for Grupo Nuevo Flamenco.
